Marketing & Account Coordinator
Missing Piece Marketing & Communications is seeking a highly organized, proactive Marketing & Account Coordinator to support our growing portfolio of hospitality, travel, restaurant, and lifestyle clients.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to gain hands-on agency experience, strengthen their skills across social media and client services, and grow into an Account Manager role over time.
The Marketing & Account Coordinator will work closely with MPM’s account team to support the day-to-day execution of client campaigns. This includes assisting with social media content, project coordination, reporting, influencer partnerships, community management, paid social support, and general account organization.
The right person is a strong communicator, a thoughtful writer, extremely detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities at once. They take initiative, follow through, and are excited to work in a collaborative, fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Account Managers and Senior Account Managers across multiple client accounts
- Assist with the development of monthly social media content calendars
- Draft social media captions, Instagram Stories, and other client-facing copy
- Schedule and organize social media content using agency planning tools
- Maintain client project boards, timelines, content libraries, and internal trackers
- Assist with community management, engagement, and social media monitoring
- Gather and organize monthly social media analytics for client reporting
- Support boosted posts and paid social campaign coordination
- Assist with influencer outreach, contracts, itineraries, deliverables, and campaign tracking
- Help coordinate hosted stays, content trips, photo shoots, and client events
- Prepare client-facing documents, presentations, agendas, and meeting notes
- Conduct research related to social trends, competitors, creators, destinations, and industry news
- Support the account team with additional administrative and marketing needs as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, hospitality, or a related field preferred
- Approximately 1–2 years of relevant marketing, social media, internship, or agency experience preferred
- Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and current social media trends
- Working knowledge of Canva, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
- Experience with social media scheduling, reporting, or project management tools is a plus
- Comfortable communicating with clients, creators, vendors, and internal team members
- Interest in hospitality, travel, restaurants, lifestyle brands, and digital marketing
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits, content trips, or agency events
- Positive, collaborative, solutions-oriented attitude

Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary: $55,000
- Full-time, exempt position
