Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Zoho Consultant to drive the successful implementation and optimization of Zoho suite solutions for our clients. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in enterprise solutions, business analysis, and project management to deliver tailored Zoho integrations that enhance operational efficiency and business growth. Your proactive approach to consulting, combined with strong communication skills, will empower organizations to streamline processes, manage change effectively, and achieve their strategic objectives through innovative technology solutions.
Duties
- Collaborate with prospects and clients to understand their business needs and develop customized Zoho platform strategies that align with their goals.
- Lead end-to-end proposals, project plans and implementation of Zoho applications, including CRM, Projects, Desk, and other modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Conduct comprehensive process mapping and business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within client organizations.
- Manage large-scale organizational change initiatives by developing change management plans and facilitating user adoption.
- Provide expert guidance on project management best practices, including scope definition, timeline management, risk mitigation, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among client teams and internal stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Deliver training sessions and create documentation to empower users and maximize platform utilization.
- Engage in research to stay current on Zoho product updates, industry trends, and emerging enterprise solutions to recommend innovative enhancements.
Skills
- Strong strategic planning abilities with a focus on enterprise solutions implementation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for documentation, reporting, and presentations.
- Experience in management consulting with a focus on process improvement and large-scale organizational change management.
- Expertise in project management within technology environments, including project planning and execution.
