You Will
- Develop creative concepts and graphic designs for visual communication across in-store signage, promotional campaigns, branding materials, social media, website content, and retail space visuals.
- Design and produce in-store marketing materials, including promotional signage, shelf tags, banners, posters, seasonal displays, and weekly promotional graphics.
- Create visual concepts and layouts to support store events, product launches, and marketing campaigns that enhance the overall customer experience.
- Adapt brand identity and campaign visuals to various retail applications while maintaining brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure designs align with business objectives and store environments.
- Support retail space design, including window displays, environmental graphics, and store visual elements.
- Prepare production-ready artwork files and coordinate with external vendors, printers, and fabrication partners to ensure high-quality production.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution of all creative materials.

You Should Have / Be
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in retail, branding, or agency environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in retail marketing materials, environmental signage, and digital content.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with professional-level English proficiency.
- Ability to read and understand Chinese is preferred.
Strong attention to detail, with excellent time management skills and knowledge of print and digital production processes.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Work is performed in a combination of office, retail store, and warehouse/back-of-house environments.
- Office environment includes exposure to standard office equipment and moderate noise levels. Store and warehouse environments may include exposure to temperature variations, refrigeration/freezer areas, food preparation areas, cleaning chemicals, and operational equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, compactors, and balers.
- Travel of approximately 15 – 20% is required to support store locations and operational needs. Travel may involve extended periods of driving or air travel, walking store floors, and navigating warehouse areas.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and ability to maintain insurable driving status may be required if driving is an essential function of the role.
- Regular use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and telephone for extended periods.
- Frequent sitting, with intermittent standing and walking throughout office and store environments.
- Movement within store an areas to conduct site walkthroughs, vendor evaluations, and operational assessments.
Shift
5-day work week (Monday to Friday), 9:00am – 5:30pm (Actual working hours may vary slightly by department, depending on operational needs.)
