Tennis Court Construction Foreman / Crew Leader
Pay: (based on experience and leadership) + overtime + performance bonuses + per diem when traveling
We are a well-established tennis court construction company specializing in building and renovating premium hard, clay, and cushioned courts. We’re looking for an experienced Construction Foreman to lead our crews and deliver high-quality projects on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a crew of laborers and operators on tennis court installation and renovation projects
- Oversee site preparation, grading, drainage, base installation, surfacing (asphalt/clay), fencing, and finishing work
- Ensure all work meets industry standards and customer specifications
- Manage daily schedules and equipment use
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized job site
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members
- Troubleshoot issues and maintain quality control throughout each project
- Train and mentor crew members
- Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a construction foreman or lead in site work, paving, or sports court construction
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage timelines, and solve problems on-site
- Ability to read blueprints/plans and manage project documentation
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Excellent communication, safety awareness, and attention to detail
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
