Join our dynamic team as an RMA Warehouse Associate with bilingual Mandarin language skills! In this fast-paced role, you will be a vital part of our warehouse operations, focusing on return merchandise authorization (RMA) processes, inventory management, and order fulfillment. Your energy and attention to detail will help ensure smooth logistics, accurate data entry, and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Receive and process returned products (RMA)
- Use PDA scanners and warehouse systems to record inventory transactions
- Verify product quantities and maintain accurate inventory records
- Relabel, repackage, or replace cartons as needed
- Complete outbound records using Google Forms
- Perform basic product inspections (training provided)
- Organize and transfer products to the finished goods warehouse
- Support daily warehouse operations as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or RMA experience preferred
- Basic English communication skills
- Comfortable using PDA devices and computers, including Google Forms and data entry
- Strong attention to detail with good hands-on skills
- Willing to learn and work in a team
- Reliable with a positive work attitude
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs as needed
- Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English preferred
- Repair or technical experience is a plus, especially with 3D printers
