- Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children and clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and developmental needs
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIP) and skill acquisition programs under the supervision of a BCBA
- Collect and record data to measure client progress and treatment outcomes
- Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based ABA techniques to build communication, social, and daily-living skills
- Support behavior reduction goals and assist in developing behavior support plans
- Maintain clear, effective communication with families, supervisors, and the treatment team
- Active RBT certification, OR a Behavior Technician (BT) willing to obtain RBT certification (we support your path to certification)
- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
- Passionate, reliable individuals who enjoy working with children and families
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow instruction, work independently, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to client confidentiality
- Reliable transportation for in-home, school, and community sessions
- Willingness to pass a background check
