What You'll Do as an AT&T Account Associate
- AT&T Account Associates represent AT&T Business and introduce products and services to prospective business customers
- Speak with business customers to understand their communication and connectivity needs
- Recommend solutions based on each customer's goals and business needs
- Build professional relationships through clear, confident, and consultative communication
- AT&T Account Associates guide customers through the enrollment and account setup process
- Maintain accurate customer information and complete follow-up when needed
- Participate in ongoing training to strengthen sales, communication, and product knowledge
- Work closely with the team to meet individual and campaign performance goals
