Hourly Rate: $15.00-$15.25
Schedule: 2nd Shift: 2:00PM- 12:30AM [Monday-Thursday] With on extra Friday shift a month during our busy season (summer).

Summary:
This is a second shift position 2pm-12:30am Monday through Thursday. Mixers are essential members of Father Sam’s Operations Team! They are responsible for working from a batch sheet to successfully perform all required functions during the manual blending of a batch including the maintenance of proper documentation. This position requires great attention to details as it contributes the most significantly to the safety and quality of the output at Father Sam’s.
Basic Job Functions:
- Ensuring all finished product meets or exceeds quality standards.
- Follow GMPs, SOPs, & company policies to ensure safety and quality of products.
- Maintaining a clean work environment.
- Undergo workplace safety training & SQF training.
- Miscellaneous Tasks as assigned.
- Weighing, mixing, and blending of raw ingredients to a set standard to ensure consistent, high quality dough.
- Completing proper documentation necessary for the effective traceability system.
- Responsible for pre-operational start-up procedures.
- Responsible for the safe and effective operation, cleaning, and sanitizing of line equipment (Mixers, Proofer, Press, Oven, etc.,).
- Troubleshooting basic formula problems or changes and documenting any suggestions (adding/subtracting flour, water, shortening, etc.,)
- Display strong organizational skills allowing multiple tasks to be managed meticulously and simultaneously.

- Work Environment – While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to work near moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. This position requires extended periods of standing and frequent lifting and moving of items up to 50 pounds
