Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders.
- Manage inventory levels through stock replenishment, stocking, and organization within the warehouse.
- Conduct quality control checks during packing and shipping processes to maintain high standards of product integrity.
- Assist with shipping & receiving activities by verifying shipments against packing lists, processing inbound/outbound freight, and documenting all transactions accurately.
- Support warehouse distribution tasks including order fulfillment, packaging, and ensuring proper handling of materials during picking & packing operations.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow, implement safety procedures, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Skills
- Strong skills in materials handling, order picking & packing, shipping & receiving procedures.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during stock movements.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and quality control standards.
- Able to operate heavy machinery such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment safely to load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse is a plus.
