Part-Time Customer Service Representative
White Top Adventures is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Customer Service Representative to help support our growing adventure van and outdoor lifestyle brand. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and being part of a fast-growing company focused on quality products and great customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer emails, phone calls, and messages in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist customers with product questions, orders, shipping updates, and warranty inquiries
- Help process returns, exchanges, and replacements
- Communicate with builders, dealers, and customers regarding orders and product availability
- Maintain accurate customer records and notes
- Work closely with the team to improve customer satisfaction and overall customer experience
- Assist with light administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and online systems
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Interest in adventure vans, camping, or the outdoor lifestyle is a plus
