Doneverse is looking for a Digital Marketing Project Coordinator to support our Doing Teams function: a fast-moving delivery team that produces websites, funnels, social media content, graphics, online courses, and other digital marketing assets for founders.
This is not a traditional account management role where you work deeply with a small portfolio of clients over months or years.
This role is for someone who thrives in a project-in, project-out production environment — where the priority is speed, clarity, quality, scope control, and making sure every founder gets the right outcome from each request.
You’ll be the key link between founders and our internal production teams, ensuring briefs are clear, expectations are managed, projects move quickly, and outputs are delivered to the right standard.
What you’ll do
- Manage a high volume of founder project requests across multiple digital marketing output types
- Clarify briefs, identify missing information, and set clear expectations with founders
- Translate founder requests into clear, actionable instructions for internal delivery teams
- Keep projects moving through the pipeline and remove blockers quickly
- Monitor turnaround times, quality, scope, and client satisfaction
- Communicate confidently with founders when timelines, scope, or expectations need to be reset
- Review project progress and ensure teams remain accountable for delivery
- Spot repeated issues in briefs, delivery, or quality and help improve the overall process

What you bring:
- 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing, account management, project coordination, or client delivery
- Experience managing multiple clients, projects, or campaigns at the same time
- Strong understanding of digital marketing assets such as websites, funnels, social content, graphics, email campaigns, or online courses
- Clear communication skills and the ability to simplify requirements for both clients and internal teams
- Strong organisation, follow-through, and attention to detail
- Confidence managing client expectations when there are gaps in the brief, scope issues, or delivery constraints
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
