Guardian Civil Contracting, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for the following:
- Determine the required resources needed on project and manage those costs within the budget
- Work with clients on change orders, job scope changes and conflicts on projects to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Create construction schedules
- High level of professional communication and organization
- Must be able to read plans
- Must have experience in grading and paving
The ideal candidate will have:
- Valid Arizona Drivers License
