Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, commercial offices, or hospitality spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and trash removal
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces and restrooms regularly
- Conduct specialized floor care tasks such as stripping, waxing, polishing, and carpet cleaning to preserve flooring quality
- Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or uniforms as needed
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored safely
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to create a safe environment for everyone on-site
Qualifications
- Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred; hotel or residential cleaning background is a plus
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques including sanitation standards and floor care procedures
- Experience with carpet cleaning equipment and laundry processes is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members effectively
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely
- Familiarity with safety protocols related to chemical handling and sanitation practices
