If you’re hands‑on, mechanically inclined, and love solving problems, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose & repair Marvin windows and doors
- Work directly with customers in their homes
- Document work using HouseCall Pro
- Team up with other techs on complex jobs
- Keep your service van & warehouse inventory organized
- Represent a trusted, family-owned brand with pride
What You Bring
- Mechanical or carpentry skills
- Great communication & customer service
- Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
- Comfortable with basic computer systems (Marvin platforms + HouseCall Pro)
- Team-oriented, reliable, and safety‑focused
