LHH is recruiting for a polished, professional
Receptionist to join a growing CPA firm in Louisville. This is a high-visibility, front-facing role ideal for someone with true receptionist experience who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors; manage front desk operations
- Answer and route high-volume calls professionally
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and office logistics
- Support administrative functions and ensure a seamless client experience
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Extended hours during tax season (until 6:00 PM + occasional Saturdays)
Qualifications
- Proven receptionist/front desk experience required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Professional demeanor and reliability
Compensation & Benefits
$50,000-$65,000 base salary (DOE)
