Duties/Responsibilities:
Property Operations
Rental Units:
Assist with Annual Landlord Certifications/Registrations
Assist with Bi Annual Property Tax-Exempt Further Statements
Assist with ensuring all building bills are submitted to accounting for processing
Assist with coordinating maintenance requests/work orders to ensure building/units are maintained and safe
Tenants/Certification
Assist with Tenant inquiries/complaints
Perform Annual Income Certifications
Monthly rent collections and maintain accurate rent rolls – report to accounting monthly
Security Deposits – identify when due or received for accounting to record/deposit correctly
Leases – Initial/renewals
Maintain tenant files that contain: leases, rent amount, rental subsidy letters, annual recertifications, tenant warning notices to ensure compliance with any applicable rental subsidies, etc.
Assists with tenant evictions as needed – i.e. work with attorney on documents needed, etc.
Qualifications:
- Must be Bilingual English/Spanish
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
- High level of organization and attention to detail is a must.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Good Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) skills are required.
Pay: $25.00 per hour
