Position Overview
As a Tech, you’ll help keep the community clean by collecting bagged trash and cardboard from residents’ doorsteps and transporting it to the on-site compactor. You’ll also assist with maintaining pet waste stations and common trash areas.
Schedule
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday
- Start Time: 7 pm
- Days Off: Saturday, Wednesday + Holidays
- Mondays may have heavier volume
What You’ll Do
- Collect bagged trash from residents’ doorsteps put in bed of your truck
- Transport trash to on-site compactor (no off-site hauling)
- Pick up broken-down cardboard boxes
- Keep trash areas clean and organized

- Short, consistent evening shifts of approximately 2-3 hours
