About the Role
We're looking for a Customer Service Representative who genuinely likes helping people and keeping things organized. You'll be the first person our customers see and hear — greeting visitors at the front desk, answering calls, resolving questions, and keeping day-to-day office operations running smoothly.
This role is also a launching pad. Within your first three months, you'll earn your Property & Casualty insurance license, and we'll support you through the entire process. No prior insurance experience needed — just the willingness to learn.

Assist with billing and invoicing in QuickBooks (or similar) as needed

Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license within 3 months of hire — we cover the training and walk you through it
