Job Summary
St. Paul's Community School is seeking caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated individuals to join our Afterschool Program as Teachers. Teachers play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and Christ-centered environment where students can learn, grow, and thrive.
Director Duties and Responsibilities
● Lead students through structured discussions, educational activities, and enrichment opportunities
● Provide academic support and guidance to help students succeed
● Foster positive student engagement and encourage active participation
● Create an inclusive environment that promotes learning, collaboration, and personal growth
● Supervise students and maintain a safe, organized, and productive setting
● Support positive student behavior and reinforce program expectations
● Communicate effectively with program leadership, staff, parents, and guardians as needed
● Assist with daily program setup, activities, and cleanup
● Demonstrate Christian character by displaying the love, compassion, and integrity of Jesus Christ in all
interactions
Qualifications
● Passion for working with children and supporting their academic and personal development
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to lead groups and maintain a positive learning environment
● Experience working with children in educational, childcare, or youth program settings preferred
● Commitment to fostering a Christ-centered atmosphere that encourages respect, kindness, and growth
