Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and swiftly
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols
- Assist in food handling, packaging, and serving to ensure timely delivery of orders in a quick service setting
- Support team members with food preparation, stocking supplies, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, quick service & fast food restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards is highly desirable
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS confidently
- Basic math skills for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory management
- Experience with food handling, sanitation practices, and restaurant operations is a plus
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
