We are seeking a motivated and experienced Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Producer to join our growing Richmond office.
Our agency serves more than 15,000 insurance clients and specializes in helping the Hispanic community with their insurance needs. We provide a steady flow of leads, a supportive team environment, and significant opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities
- Sell auto, home, renters, commercial, and other insurance products
- Follow up with leads and prospective clients
- Conduct phone and in-person consultations
- Cross-sell existing customers to increase coverage and retention
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Provide outstanding customer service
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Strong sales and closing skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable using CRM systems and working in a fast-paced environment
