s an Order Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders while ensuring every package meets our quality standards. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and our company reputation.
Primary ResponsibilitiesOrder Fulfillment
- Pick products accurately from warehouse inventory
- Verify part numbers and quantities before packing
- Package orders safely to prevent shipping damage
- Print and apply shipping labels
- Prepare packages for daily carrier pickup
Quality Control
- Double-check every order before shipment
- Verify products match customer invoices
- Report inventory discrepancies immediately
- Identify damaged or incorrect products before shipping
Inventory Support
- Restock picking locations
- Assist with inventory counts
- Organize shelves and storage locations
- Maintain accurate inventory locations
Warehouse Organization
- Keep packing stations clean and organized
- Dispose of packaging materials properly
- Maintain a safe and efficient work area
- Help improve workflow and efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Warehouse or shipping experience preferred (not required)
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable standing and walking throughout the day
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
