Duties

- Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Utilize marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones through personalized communication.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy details, and assisting with claims processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) and other relevant standards.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued for reaching diverse communities.
- Demonstrated analysis skills for evaluating client needs and tailoring insurance solutions accordingly.
- Familiarity with sales administration tools, marketing techniques, and benefits administration processes.
- Prior experience in customer service roles that require active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of insurance products, sales strategies, and compliance standards such as HIPAA regulations is preferred.
