Job Title: Logistics Coordinator – National Accounts/Account Representative (Fiber Coordinator)

Pay Rate: $22.00/hour (W2)
Duration: 6+ Month Contract
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 40 hours per week
- Occasional overtime and weekend work based on business needs
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid – Currently in the office 3 days every other week. Candidates must be flexible to work in the office more often if business needs or company policies change.Job Summary:
The Fiber Coordinator manages the movement of recyclable materials from external distribution centers and other National Account facilities to internal company mills or external customers. The role involves high-volume, single-product transactions (90% truck, ≤10% rail/export), scheduling weekly pickups based on sales allocations, and serving as the primary point of contact for suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
Keys Responsibilities:
Business Excellence
- Process supplier/customer orders, inquiries, and shipment concerns.
- Manage weekly allocations of recyclable commodities.
- Coordinate logistics for timely pickups/deliveries.
- Ensure proper mill inventory levels.
- Adapt to market changes affecting schedules.
- Handle quality/safety exceptions urgently.
- Maintain accurate supplier payments and customer invoices.
- Track and update account data in systems (CieTrade, Book of Business notes).
- Meet weekly performance metrics.
People and Culture
- Communicate clearly with all stakeholders.
- Build collaborative relationships internally (Logistics, Accounting, Sales) and externally (suppliers/customers).
- Act as liaison between Sales, Supplier, and Customer for issue resolution.
- Assist with onboarding new accounts.
- Resolve payment/invoice disputes via AP/AR departments.
- Support training and continuing education initiatives.
QualificationsEducation
- Required: High school diploma
- Preferred: BA/BS or equivalent experience in high-volume customer service/support
