Overview
We are seeking an aggressive, results-driven Inside Sales Representative with experience in SSDs, memory modules, flash storage, and electronic components to manage existing accounts, develop new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who understands the storage and memory market, thrives on the phone, builds strong customer relationships, and knows how to close deals. Key Responsibilities:
- Generate revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders via phone and email
- Manage and grow existing accounts while aggressively pursuing new ones
- Understand and interpret technical requirements; provide product information and solutions
- Develop sales opportunities through research, prospecting, rapport building, and preparing quotations
- Close new accounts and process orders accurately
- Analyze competitor information and market trends to identify new opportunities
- Review customer buying history to recommend related and new products
- Maintain communication systems and troubleshoot issues when necessary
- Stay current on product knowledge and industry developments
- Take ownership of goals and consistently look for ways to add value
Qualifications:
- Strong phone presence and closing skills
- Highly motivated and persistent personality
- Excellent work ethic and follow-through
- Comfortable learning technical product information
- Organized and detail-oriented
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous inside sales, account management, or business development experience in SSDs, DRAM, DDR, DIMMs, flash storage, or related electronic components.
- Strong knowledge of storage, memory, and semiconductor products, including enterprise and industrial solutions.
- Existing relationships within OEM, EMS, distribution, or IT hardware channels is a plus.
- Proven prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills with a hunter mentality.
- Ability to identify customer technical requirements and match appropriate storage and memory solutions.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment
Compensation:
- Base salary + commission
- Payment will be based on experience
