At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack position to work with a leading logistics company in North Aurora. You will play a key role in ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently for timely delivery.
Shift patterns:

Tuesday to Saturday, 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM
Pay rates:
Essential requirements for Pick/Pack:

Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule

Must have dependable transportation to and from job site

Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. periodically during shift when necessary

Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed

Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes
Role for Pick/Pack:

Accurately pick and pack products into shipping boxes for delivery to customers

Ensure proper items are packaged and placed in the correct containers

Maintain consistent packing performance throughout the entire shift

Handle items carefully to avoid damage to products

Collaborate with team members to meet daily production deadlines while maintaining safety standards
