McDonald’s Area Supervisor
We are a family owned McDonald’s franchise looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and results-driven Multiple Restaurant Area Supervisor.
Responsibilities include:

Develop and coach team to improve and maintain restaurant operations for 3-5 restaurants

Meet and exceed sales and profit targets
- Ability to deliver an outstanding customer and employee experience
-
Great decision-making skills
-
Lead and grow team of General Managers to uphold McDonald's standards of Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and build relationships with their peers and crew
-
Travel regularly to assigned restaurants to support their management team

Actively engage with Chief Operations Officer to improve the operations of the restaurant
Additionally, Area Supervisors must be able to:

Ensure safety and security of staff

Identify, report, and maintain, equipment to provide quality product and service

Conduct performance reviews and goal setting with General Managers while ensuring they do the same for management and crew
- Identify opportunities for improvement of restaurant operations
-
Ensure proper staffing levels and that measures are made to retain and grow in our organization.

What we are looking for:
General Manager experience of 1- 3 years preferred
Multi-unit management experience preferred
McDonald’s or quick service restaurant experience preferred
Ability to multi-task and exercise time management skills
Availability to work various shifts and drive to restaurant locations
Strong verbal and written communication ability
