About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll be on the floor serving up smiles, in the schedule, and in the numbers, all while building a team that lives out our mission: creating an amazing experience for every life we touch.
What You'll Do
- Lead daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and shift coverage, with a Good Times Only attitude
- Complete required operational logs (inventory logs, maintenance logs, cash logs, etc.) accurately and on time
- Build and manage team schedules to ensure proper coverage while keeping labor hours in check
- Recruit, train, coach, and inspire a team of amazing baristas who serve up smiles with every order
- Manage inventory: ordering, receiving, counting, and minimizing waste to keep the store running smoothly
- Work regular shifts alongside your team, leading by example on the espresso bar, drive-thru, or register
- Monitor and manage Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and wage costs against store targets
- Ensure compliance with food safety, cash handling, and company policies

What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in a coffee shop, QSR, or retail management role preferred
- A natural leader who can build a team that feels like family
- Comfortable with scheduling software, POS systems, and basic reporting
- Understanding of inventory management and cost control (or eagerness to learn)
- Reliable, hands-on leadership style and willing to work shifts alongside the team
- All-Star Energy and a people-first mindset
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
