Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Staffing Consultant for a direct hire opportunity in Phoenix, AZ. As a Staffing Consultant, you will own the full sales and recruitment cycle, from prospecting new business to placing qualified talent with client companies. Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, cold call, network, and use LinkedIn to identify and secure new client accounts.
- Meet with decision-makers to understand hiring needs and present customized staffing solutions.
- Negotiate rates, placement terms, and service agreements while managing margins and profitability.
- Recruit, screen, and match qualified candidates to client job openings.
- Build and manage client relationships to generate repeat business and long-term account growth.
- Track activity, pipeline, client communication, and recruiting progress in a high-performance sales environment.
