We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals who require assistance with daily living activities. 7pm-7am (12hr shifts) , 7 nights a week
Hiring multiple to fill shifts.
- No CNA license required/ must have experience!

Duties:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing, mobility
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding, if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, cleaning, and organizing
- Engage in meaningful conversation and provide companionship to clients
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Empathy and compassion for individuals requiring care
- Patience and understanding in dealing with clients' needs and limitations
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong observational skills to identify changes in clients' health or behavior
- Basic knowledge of personal care techniques and safety precautions
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if transportation assistance is needed for clients)
- Ability to pass a background check
