We are seeking a motivated and experienced Healthcare Sales Manager to lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales.
Position Overview
The Healthcare Sales Manager will oversee the performance, training, accountability, and development of the sales team. This role is responsible for improving conversion rates, maximizing patient opportunities, enhancing the customer experience, and ensuring consistent execution of sales systems and processes.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, results-oriented, and experienced in healthcare sales, patient conversion, call center management, or treatment coordination leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a dental sales team to achieve revenue and conversion goals
- Monitor and improve KPIs including booking rate, show rate, conversion rate, case acceptance, and revenue performance
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, role-play training, and performance evaluations
- Implement and enforce sales processes, follow-up systems, and lead management protocols
- Review calls, consultations, and patient interactions to improve communication and sales effectiveness
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead quality and ROI
- Develop accountability systems and performance reporting dashboards
- Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members
- Create a positive, high-energy, goal-oriented culture focused on patient care and sales excellence
- Ensure compliance with company policies, patient confidentiality standards, and healthcare regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales management experience, preferably in healthcare, dental, medical aesthetics, med spa, elective procedures, or call center environments
- Proven track record of improving team performance and revenue growth
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Experience managing KPIs, sales pipelines, and CRM systems
- Ability to analyze reports and make data-driven decisions
- Comfortable handling objections, negotiations, and high-value treatment presentations
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience with patient financing and consultative sales is a plus
