JAGS Contracting & Remodeling is a growing residential construction company specializing in high-quality renovations, additions, kitchens, bathrooms, exteriors, and custom home projects. We are looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Project Manager to help deliver an exceptional experience for our clients while keeping projects running efficiently from start to finish.
The ideal candidate understands construction, takes ownership, communicates clearly, solves problems, and knows how to lead teams while maintaining high standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple remodeling and construction projects from pre-construction through final walkthrough
- Review project scope, estimates, plans, selections, and schedules before job start
- Create and maintain project schedules
- Coordinate subcontractors, employees, vendors, deliveries, inspections, and materials
- Perform job site visits to verify quality, safety, cleanliness, and progress
- Hold subcontractors and crews accountable to company standards
- Communicate daily with homeowners and provide professional project updates
- Identify potential issues early and create solutions
- Manage change orders and additional work requests
- Track budgets, labor hours, materials, and project profitability
- Maintain project documentation, photos, notes, and schedules using company software
- Complete quality control inspections and punch lists
- Ensure every project finishes with a satisfied client and a finished product we are proud to put our name on
Requirements:
- Residential remodeling/construction experience required
- Strong knowledge of framing, finish carpentry, kitchens, bathrooms, and general construction practices preferred
- Ability to read plans and understand scopes of work
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers, tablets, and project management software
- Ability to manage people, schedules, and deadlines
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and customer-first mindset
