Job Title: Roadie (Crew Member) Job Summary
A Roadie at Moe’s Southwest Grill is responsible for delivering a fun, fast, and friendly dining experience. You’ll prepare fresh food, interact with guests, and keep the restaurant clean and energetic—living up to Moe’s signature “Welcome to Moe’s!” vibe.
Key Responsibilitie Customer Service
- Greet every guest enthusiastically (“Welcome to Moe’s!”)
- Take orders accurately and help customers customize meals
- Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Handle guest questions and resolve basic concerns
Food Preparation
- Prepare burritos, bowls, tacos, quesadillas, and other menu items
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Portion ingredients correctly and maintain food quality
- Restock ingredients and prep stations as needed
- Cleanliness & Organization
- Keep dining, kitchen, and service areas clean and organized
- Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules
- Maintain proper hygiene and safety practices
Cash Handling
- Operate the register and handle cash/card transactions
- Ensure accurate orders and payments
Qualifications
- No formal experience required (entry-level friendly)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability (including nights, weekends, holidays)
Physical Requirements
- Stand for extended periods
- Lift up to ~25–30 lbs
- Perform repetitive tasks (chopping, assembling food, etc.)
