About the Role:
The Food & Beverage Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of food and beverage services within the establishment. This position is responsible for overseeing daily activities, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service and product quality. The supervisor ensures compliance with health and safety regulations while optimizing operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. They act as a liaison between management and front-line employees, fostering a positive work environment and addressing any issues promptly. Ultimately, the role aims to enhance the overall dining experience, contributing to the establishment's reputation and profitability.
Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in hospitality management is preferred.

At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily food and beverage service operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Manage, train, and motivate food and beverage staff to maintain high performance and adherence to company standards.

Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and control costs to maximize profitability while minimizing waste.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, conducting regular inspections and staff training.

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.

Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Prepare reports on sales, labor, and inventory for management review.

Assist in developing and implementing promotional activities and special events to boost sales.

Assisting in filling in for bartenders/servers when there are callouts/ high volume shifts.
