Boone’s Market is looking for a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused night manager to join our team. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing front-end operations during shifts and ensuring an exceptional customer experience in our locally owned community store.
We are seeking someone who leads by example, communicates clearly, and takes pride in maintaining an organized, welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support front-end staff during assigned shifts
- Assist with daily store operations and opening/closing procedures
- Provide leadership, guidance, and on-the-spot problem solving
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve concerns professionally
- Process cash, check, and credit card transactions accurately
- Answer phones and assist customers with questions
- Work with vendors as needed during deliveries
- Stock shelves and maintain merchandising standards
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized store environment
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous retail or cashier experience preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Dependable and self-motivated
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
