What We’re Looking For
We are seeking leaders who:
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience leading teams within a licensed childcare setting with ages 6 weeks to 12 years
- Are comfortable managing operational and staffing challenges
- Can hold team members accountable while building positive culture
- Understand the importance of family experience and customer service
- Thrive in environments where priorities may shift quickly
- Are hands-on leaders willing to support the business where needed
- Have strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Must meet state licensing and director qualification requirements
- Must be able to pass a state background check
- 2 years of management experience leading at least six non-exempt employees within an early childhood education setting
