The Creative Mobility Group (CMG) is seeking an outgoing, energetic, computer savvy sales consultant to work with leads and network within the community. If you are passionate about building customer relationships, selling vehicles, and providing accessibility for all, but also want to have a great work life balance, this job is for you!
As a Certified Sales Consultant with CMG, you will be selling new and used accessible vehicles, as well as a variety of mobility and access products, to assist clients in regaining their independence. Additionally, this role will occasionally act as a liaison between the customer and our service department to facilitate vehicle and equipment repairs. Position Requirements:
- A proven track record of being a top performer
- Acquire and maintain adequate product knowledge
- Ability to use networking skills to generate referral sources and business leads
- Self-closer, self-managed and self-motivated
- High level of customer service through solution based, consultative approach with clients
- Organized, detail oriented and well spoken
- At least one year of sales or account management experience
Responsibilities:
- Acquire and maintain adequate product knowledge
- Demonstrate professional, personal and business behavior
- Generate and maximize sales volume
- Maintain effective customer follow-up procedures
- Understand selling and utilize the selling process, following the established sales systems
- Effectively sell all products and services, as required by the General Manager
- Treat all customers in an enthusiastic, courteous, and helpful manner, striving for complete customer satisfaction at all times
- Prepare and provide quotes for prospects in a complete, accurate, and timely manner
- Assist prospects in securing all desired information
