This individual must demonstrate the ability to work as a team member and to communicate directly and professionally to staff, physicians, and patients. Must be flexible, reliable, productive, patient-oriented, self-motivated, and kind. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served. Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span. Maintains professional conduct and appearance.
Provides direct patient care by assisting patients with changing linens, ambulation, and transport. Maintains a clean and orderly patient care environment. Demonstrates the primary goal of efficiently providing patient care that exceed customer expectations and improve clinical and financial operations.
