What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be one of the friendly faces our customers see when they visit Bowen Cleaners. You'll help make sure every customer has a positive experience from drop-off to pickup.
Your day may include:
- Greeting customers and providing friendly, professional service
- Checking customers in and out using our point-of-sale system
- Answering phones and helping customers with questions
- Tagging, organizing, and preparing garments and orders
- Carefully inspecting and detailing orders before they go to customers
- Keeping the store clean, organized, and welcoming
- Processing payments and handling customer transactions
- Communicating with our production team to resolve customer questions or concerns
- Helping with daily opening and closing responsibilities
- Working as part of a team to keep orders moving accurately and efficiently

Experience
Customer service, retail, restaurant, hospitality, or cash-handling experience is a plus, but not required.
We're more interested in your attitude, reliability, willingness to learn, and ability to take care of our customers.
Schedule
Part-Time | Weekday Hours
We understand that school comes first. We'll work with you to build a schedule that fits around your classes while providing consistent opportunities to work.
No weekends. No closing at midnight. No sacrificing every Saturday for work.

Compensation
$10 starting rate, increase based on experience and demonstrated ability.
