Requirements
- Proven experience working with children in social work, childcare or related fields
- Knowledge of child welfare systems, child protective services protocols, and family law procedures
- Strong skills in crisis intervention and crisis management to handle emergency situations effectively
- Excellent conflict management abilities to mediate disputes and promote positive outcomes for families
- Familiarity with behavioral health issues affecting children and adolescents
- Ability to communicate empathetically with diverse populations while maintaining professionalism
- Relevant educational background in social work, psychology, sociology or a related discipline; licensure or certification preferred
