Responsibilities
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Conduct presentations and consultations with business clients
- Lead and motivate sales team members (as you advance)
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads and manage pipelines
- Analyze sales data and trends to drive performance
Qualifications
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Proven B2B sales experience (or similar relevant background)
- Experience leading or coaching others is a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
