Join our automotive dealership team as a reliable and skilled Facility Maintenance Technician! We’re looking for a hands-on professional who can keep our buildings, service bays, and grounds in top condition. If you’re proactive, dependable, and enjoy a variety of daily tasks, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform routine facility maintenance and repairs across the dealership
· Handle basic plumbing work (e.g., unclogging drains, repairing leaks, fixture replacements)
· Perform basic electrical tasks (e.g., changing ballasts, troubleshooting minor issues, replacing outlets/switches)
· Maintain the service shop, showroom, lot, and office areas
· Perform general carpentry, painting, and minor HVAC tasks
· Complete preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment
· Work with outside vendors when specialized repairs are needed
· Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are consistently met
Qualifications
· Experience in facility or building maintenance (automotive industry experience is a plus)
· Working knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical systems
· Ability to use hand tools and maintenance equipment safely
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
· Reliable, punctual, and organized
· Valid driver’s license
