Kayak Tour Guide – Sugarloaf Key

We’re looking for fun, friendly, and outdoors-loving people to join our clear kayak tour crew in Sugarloaf Key. You’ll be guiding small groups through mangrove tunnels, across calm backcountry waters, and into some of the most beautiful spots in the Lower Keys. Along the way, you might spot baby sharks, stingrays, turtles, starfish, and more — and you’ll help our guests fall in love with the Florida Keys just like we have.
What You’ll Do
- Lead guided eco-tours in our one-of-a-kind clear kayaks (we’ll train you on everything).
- Share fun facts, stories, and insights about the area and wildlife.
- Make sure guests are safe, comfortable, and having an unforgettable time.
- Help with launching, landing, and keeping gear in top shape.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Loves being outdoors and on the water.
- Brings positive energy and great customer service.
- Can work independently and as part of a small team.
- Is available at least 2 days a week.
- Can lift up to 50 lbs.
- Is comfortable talking to groups (guiding or teaching experience is a plus).
