Role Purpose:
- The 360 Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, encompassing business development, client relationship management, candidate sourcing, recruitment delivery, and placement management.
- The role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates while supporting business growth within the automotive and engineering sectors.
- Working closely with internal Centre of Competence (CoC) leads and delivery teams, the successful candidate will identify new opportunities, deliver recruitment solutions, and contribute to the achievement of company revenue and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within the automotive, engineering, and technical sectors.
Generate new client relationships through proactive business development activities.
Attend networking events, industry exhibitions, and client meetings to promote Contechs’ services.
Develop and implement account growth strategies to maximise client opportunities.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand client hiring requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions for internal and external clients including permanent and contractor roles.
Conduct regular client reviews and maintain ongoing communication to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Manage client expectations throughout the recruitment process and manage the onboarding process through to successful placement.
Recruitment Delivery
Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates using a variety of recruitment platforms, databases, and networking channels.
Produce high-quality candidate shortlists aligned to client requirements.
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process through to successful placement.
Candidate Management
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline within key market sectors.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Provide career guidance, market insights, and feedback to candidates.
Conduct post-placement follow-up activities to ensure successful integration and retention.
Systems and Administration
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the company CRM and recruitment systems.
Ensure compliance with company processes, recruitment legislation, and data protection requirements.
Produce activity reports and maintain accurate recruitment metrics.
Collaboration
Work closely with CoC Leads, Recruitment Consultants, Delivery Teams, and Business Development colleagues to support client delivery.
Share market intelligence and recruitment insights to support business growth initiatives.
Contribute to continuous improvement activities across the recruitment function.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Essential
Proven experience operating in a 360 Recruitment role within an agency or in-house environment.
Recruiting within automotive, engineering, manufacturing, and technical sectors as required
Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
Experience working to targets and performance metrics.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Proficiency in recruitment systems, CRM platforms, and candidate sourcing tools.
Demonstrable business development and client relationship management experience.
Have full understanding of contract and permanent recruitment markets within the territory.
Maintain and understanding of recruitment legislation and best practice.
Identify and share existing network within relevant industry sectors.
