What you'll do:
- Operate CNC machines (mills) to produce parts to specification
- Load and unload materials and parts safely
- Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed
- Perform in-process inspections using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and job travelers
- Identify defects or issues and communicate with leads or quality as needed
- Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
What we’re looking for:
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background
- Able to work 3:30 pm - 12:00 am OT as needed
- Machine operating experience preferred
- Ability to read basic blueprints and use measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable attendance and team-oriented mindset

Pay Range
A reasonable estimate of the hourly pay range for this role is $18 – $20 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
