- Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting across a national real estate portfolio.
- Develop financial models and analyze portfolio performance, including revenue trends, occupancy, operating expenses, and Net Operating Income (NOI).
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages, KPI dashboards, and executive reporting.
- Partner with Asset Management and Operations to evaluate financial performance and support strategic initiatives.
- Perform variance analysis and provide meaningful financial insights to leadership.
- Support investor reporting and financial presentations.
- Enhance reporting tools, dashboards, forecasting models, and finance processes.
- Collaborate with the Controller to ensure alignment between accounting results and operational reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Approximately 7–10+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, financial analysis, real estate finance, investment analysis, or related finance roles.
- Advanced financial modeling and Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- A proactive, hands-on professional who enjoys solving problems and partnering with business leaders.
