As the initial point of contact for our customers, the primary responsibility of the Client Services Representative is to facilitate effective communication with clients. Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are crucial. You will be tasked with addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Proficient computer skills are essential, with the capacity to manage incoming calls efficiently (often simultaneously) while maintaining composure in high-pressure situations and ensuring smooth call transfers within the hospital.
- Respond promptly and courteously to telephone calls and emails, while also maintaining our online client correspondence assistant system.
- The individual will be responsible for appointment scheduling, hospital inquiries, medication refills, and will actively listen to customers, demonstrating empathy or sympathy while providing effective responses and solutions to their questions and needs.
- Proficiency in veterinary terminology, familiarity with standard vaccination protocols, common diagnostic lab tests, knowledge of prevalent diseases.
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication abilities are crucial.
- The individual must demonstrate the ability to ask relevant questions to collect essential information, distinguish between urgent and non-urgent cases, and take responsibility for making outgoing calls to obtain relevant patient history while ensuring the accuracy of patient files and records.
- The ideal candidate will be organized, personable, and professional, with the ability to communicate effectively with both clients and staff.
- Strong problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to identify and prioritize tasks appropriately.
- Candidates must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, employing sound judgment and maintaining a professional appearance.
- The candidate must possess the ability to effectively manage payments for various services, collect fees, issue receipts, and prepare daily and monthly financial reports.

Job Type: Full-time
