Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Labor/Carpenter/Apprentice to join our dynamic construction team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on skills in residential projects. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, safety-conscious, and ready to contribute to high-quality craftsmanship on a variety of construction sites. Paid training and mentorship will be provided to help you grow your expertise in the industry.
Duties
- Assist with framing decks, kitchen and bath renovations, drywall installation, trim carpentry, and fixture installation according to construction plans and schematics
- Move materials, load dumpsters, operate hand tools and power tools
- Support lead carpenter in all phases of current project
- Perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper use of power tool safety protocols
- 2-3 years prior construction experience is preferred; training will be provided for motivated learners
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks safely on active job sites
- A car, current drivers license, and insurance are required
- Our projects are in Lower Bucks County and Philadelphia

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
