Responsibilities
As a Lawn Technician, you will help maintain residential and commercial properties by performing tasks such as:
- Mowing lawns
- String trimming
- Edging sidewalks and driveways
- Blowing grass clippings and debris
- Weed removal and landscape cleanup
- Hedge and shrub trimming
- Spring and fall cleanups
- Operating commercial lawn equipment safely and efficiently
- Providing quality work while representing CORE Advantage professionally
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable and dependable
- Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Able to lift 50 pounds or more
- Willing to work as part of a team
- Experience operating commercial lawn equipment preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right person.
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
Schedule
- Monday–Thursday
- Four 10-hour shifts (weather permitting)
- Overtime available during busy periods
- Occasional Friday or Saturday work when needed
Pay
$16.00–$26.00 per hour
Starting pay is based on experience, reliability, and ability to operate commercial lawn equipment safely.
