We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily fulfillment and warehouse operations. This role is responsible for overseeing receiving, order fulfillment, shipping, returns, carrier coordination, team performance, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day warehouse and fulfillment operations.
- Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse staff.
- Manage shipping, receiving, inventory flow, and returns.
- Coordinate with carriers and logistics providers to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
- Monitor KPIs, productivity, quality, and operational performance.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
- Implement process improvements and ensure SOP compliance.
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
Requirements
- 3+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics experience.
- At least 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience.
- Experience managing shipping, receiving, and carrier relationships.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with WMS, Excel, or similar systems.
- Experience with 5S, Lean, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
